Route: Trichy ➝ Madurai ➝ Rameswaram ➝ Trichy
Day 1: Trichy – Madurai (135 km / approx. 3 hrs drive)(No meal)
On arrival at Trichy International Airport from Malaysia, meet and greet our representative, and then proceed by road to Madurai, which takes around 3 hours covering a distance of 135 km. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. In the afternoon, proceed for sightseeing of Madurai, including a visit to the world-famous Meenakshi Amman Temple, renowned for its towering gopurams and intricate sculptures. Later, visit the Thirumalai Nayak Palace, a beautiful 17th-century palace known for its grand architecture. In the evening, experience the special Aarti ceremony at Meenakshi Temple. Overnight stay at Madurai.
Day 2: Madurai – Rameswaram (170 km / approx. 4 hrs drive)(B)
After breakfast, drive towards Rameswaram, a journey of 170 km that takes about 4 hours by road. Upon arrival, visit the sacred Ramanathaswamy Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlinga temples of Lord Shiva, famous for its long corridors and 22 holy Theerthams for ritual bathing. Later, proceed to Agni Theertham, a sacred beach where pilgrims take a dip. Continue sightseeing with a visit to the Panchamukhi Hanuman Temple, which houses floating stones believed to be used in building the Ram Setu. In the evening, enjoy the scenic drive to Dhanushkodi Beach & Viewpoint, the end tip of India, where the Bay of Bengal meets the Indian Ocean. Overnight stay at Rameswaram.
Day 3: Rameswaram – Trichy (270 km / approx. 6 hrs drive) – Departure(B)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Trichy, covering 270 km in about 6 hours. If time permits, en route or on arrival, visit the famous Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple in Srirangam, one of the largest functioning temples in the world, and also the Rockfort Temple, offering panoramic views of the city. Later, transfer to Trichy Airport to board your flight back to Malaysia with fond memories of your spiritual journey.
