Day 1: Arrival in Jaipur – Gateway to Royal Rajasthan
Arrive at Jaipur airport or railway station and transfer to your hotel. After some rest, explore the City Palace, where royal art and architecture will mesmerize you. Visit the iconic Hawa Mahal with its beautifully lit windows showcasing old Jaipur’s charm. Spend the evening shopping at Johari Bazaar, famous for traditional jewelry and handicrafts. End the day at Chokhi Dhani, a cultural village offering an authentic Rajasthani folk experience.
Day 2: Amber Fort and Royal Heritage Walk
After breakfast, head to Amber Fort where you can choose an elephant ride or jeep safari up to the fort. Explore the stunning galleries, Sheesh Mahal, and royal halls filled with fascinating history. Visit Jaigarh Fort to see its massive cannons and strong fortifications. In the afternoon, explore the astronomical wonders of Jantar Mantar. Evening is perfect for some street food and local market shopping.
Day 3: Drive to Jodhpur – Experience the Blue City
Begin early and drive to Jodhpur (approx. 6 hours), enjoying scenic views of Rajasthan’s countryside. On arrival, explore the local market near Clock Tower and taste famous snacks like Mirchi Bada and Makhaniya Lassi. Check into your hotel and relax for the evening.
Day 4: Mehrangarh Fort and Cultural Exploration
Visit Mehrangarh Fort, known for its grandeur and history. Tour the museum to see royal artifacts and paintings, then enjoy panoramic views of the city from the fort’s heights. Visit Jaswant Thada, a serene marble cenotaph complex. Finish the day with a brief visit to Umaid Bhawan Palace and stroll through the old city’s vibrant streets.
Day 5: Ranakpur Temple Visit & Arrival in Udaipur
Travel to Ranakpur to visit the famous Jain Temple, an architectural marvel known for its intricate carvings and spiritual calm. Later, continue to Udaipur and check in to your hotel. Enjoy an optional boat ride on Lake Pichola in the evening for a peaceful end to your day.
Day 6: Udaipur Sightseeing & Departure
Start your day at Jagdish Temple, a beautiful and ancient spiritual site. Explore the City Palace in detail to soak in the royal history. Visit Saheliyon Ki Bari’s lush gardens and, if time permits, enjoy a light boat ride on Fatehsagar Lake. After lunch, transfer to Udaipur airport or railway station for your onward journey.
