Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar – Local Touch
Reach Srinagar and transfer to a hotel or houseboat.
Enjoy a casual Shikara ride & explore floating markets on Dal Lake.
Stroll through Hazratbal, Shah Hamdan Mosque & Lal Chowk.
Try a traditional wazwan dinner at a local Kashmiri restaurant.
Overnight in Srinagar.
 
Day 2: Ganderbal Drive – Nature Meets Daily Life
Head to Ganderbal, where rivers, farms, and locals blend beautifully.
Relax by Manasbal Lake, and visit Narayan Nag Temple ruins.
Taste fresh trout from a local eatery, or have noon chai in an open chai dhaba.
Evening return to Srinagar for a relaxed walk near Zabarwan foothills.
Overnight in Srinagar.
 
Day 3: Pahalgam Retreat – Fields, Folk & Flow
After breakfast, head to Pahalgam via the Saffron town of Pampore.
Stop for apple picking (seasonal) or walnut tasting on the way.
Roam freely near Lidder River and visit a local village to interact with artisans.
Optional: Try a simple local cooking class (wazwan basics).
Overnight in Pahalgam.
 
Day 4: Anantnag Chronicles – Culture & Caves
Explore Anantnag, the cultural soul of Kashmir.
Visit Martand Sun Temple ruins, Kheer Bhawani temple, and a traditional paper-mâché workshop.
Enjoy a cup of qahwa and walk through village bazaars.
Return to Srinagar by evening.
Overnight in Srinagar.
 
Day 5: Farewell Kashmir
After breakfast, pack up and leave for Srinagar airport/Volvo stand.
Departure with local souvenirs, memories, and stories worth sharing.
