Day 3: Kumbakonam – Chidambaram – Pondicherry (140 km / 4 hrs) (B/D)

Here, visit the famous Nataraja Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva in his dancing form. After exploring the temple, continue your journey to Pondicherry, about 65 km from Chidambaram (approximately 1.5 to 2 hours). Upon arrival, embrace the colonial charm of the city by visiting Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Manakula Vinayagar Temple, and take a leisurely stroll along Promenade Beach, where you can capture beautiful photographs of the vibrant surroundings. Day 4: Pondicherry – Mahabalipuram – Kanchipuram (165 km / 4.5 hrs) (B/D)

Day 5: Kanchipuram – Chennai Sightseeing (75 km / 2 hrs) (B/D)
